1. How do I schedule an appointment?
All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit, which must be made online. This amount will be fully applied to the cost of your service. To book, please call us at (626) 725-7263.
2. Do I need to bring hair, or is it provided?
Hair is not included with your appointment. But don’t worry — we sell hair right here in the salon, with the same products you’ll find on Ywigs.com. You're also welcome to bring your own!
3. How should I arrive for my appointmnet?
We ask that you hair is clean, product free, and blown out. However, if you need to add a wash/detangling or blow dry services to your appointment, we can!
4. How long does my hair need to be for braids?
We recommend at least 3-4 inches of length, depending on your style choice.
5. What methods of payment do you take?
We accept cash Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
6. What is the cancellation policy?
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

8. Do you accept walk-ins?
While we accept walk-ins, to the extent we have availability, clients with appointments will be serviced first. We encourage you to make an appointment or call before coming to gauge the estimated waiting period for walk-ins.
9. I work Mondays through Fridays, can I schedule before- or an after-hour services?
We may be able to accommodate certain early morning or late evening services. Let us know your needs so we can properly advise.
10. How do I cancel an appointment?
Appointments can be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, and your deposit will be applied to your new appointment. In all other cases, you will forfeit the non-refundable $50 deposit.
11. What hapens if I'm late for my appointment?
If you arrive to your appointment more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. If you do not reschedule within five (5) days of the original appointment, you will lose the $50 deposit.
12. How long do I have before I can cancel or reschedule?
You may cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Please note that the $50 deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment with less than a 48-hour notice.
