1. Email us at info@ywigs.com with clear photos of the hair you wish to return.

2. Our team will promptly review your request and confirm if it meets our return criteria:

  • Hair extensions/wigs must be unworn and in their original condition.

  • Ensure all yellow/black hair ties/elastic(s) remain attached, uncut, and extensions are unaltered.

3. Upon approval, you can return the items to the address provided below:

4. Alternatively, if you're confident your items meet all requirements, feel free to return them directly to our address without waiting for confirmation.

5. Don't forget to email us the tracking number after initiating the return process.


Exchanges Made Simple:

For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item following our return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund. This streamlined approach ensures faster processing and smoother transactions.
