I normally do not leave reviews, but I really like this hair! It's super soft and was very easy to install. I ordered 4 packs of 18 inch bundles and installed every single strand. The color looks great in-person and doesn't give off the "doll hair" vibe like some brands do in similar colors.
Very fash shipping, I got the hair in like 2 or 3 days after ordering over the weekend. The hair is super soft manageable. The color is absolutely beautiful. I installed it myself. I got 4 backs of 18 inches total 200 strands. And I installed every strand. This is my 1st time purchasing color hair from Ywigs (usually purchase kinky curly black hair also amazing) even with ot being coored hair the quality is still amazing!!! I was concerned 4 packs wasnt enough but its more than enough. I have about 13 or 14 braids going straight back, with the back 2 rows in individuals. The hair has not tangled.
Recommendations: If you use any product I would recommend using something that doesn't have alcohol because that can dry the hair out and make it tangle. I use african pride pre shampoo detailing conditioner as a leave in conditioner.
I reactivate the product with water and thats it. It helps tame any frizziness and keeps the hair very manageable. I recommend washing your bundles prior to install for any hair and let it air dry.
Over all I am very happ with my purchase.
I wanted to wait a little bit before posting my review and honestly, this hair isn’t bad at all. It doesn’t shed too much, it’s soft, and super light weight. I spray my hair with water, then add leave in conditioner, and braid it into two braids. That’s to make sure the hair doesn’t matte. It’s a good investment and super manageable.
I must say this hair is amazing the quality is great. With that being said you have to remember to use good hair products and preserve it at night. To maintain upkeep.
Now the second part is the customer care service and response. I had emailed the customer service specialist and she responded within maybe 5-6 hours. That may have been the quickest response from a big company I have ever gotten. 😂 within 24 hours I was able to express my concerns. Get hair color switched out and expressed shipped for my daughters 11th birthday vacay trip. Which is coming up in a week. I was so excited to receive the hair. And her hair turned out amazing she loves it. And the rest of it I was able to make it stretch and use some left over for me. So I definitely and highly recommend 🫶🏽🫶🏽👍🏽👍🏽 thank you so much Ywigs. I will be ordering more 😂
Love the hair it looks and feels really nice!!! I was worried when I started to separate it because it was fuzzy, but once you put product in it, it's really 😍pretty
Ywigs hair is great quality, I ordered Feathered crochet hair before and I was able to reuse the hair within 3months and the quality was great! Washing it was easy and taking it out the hair was sturdy and did not break when taking out the feather crochet hair, The new hair that I ordered #4/30 Mix Color Blend Water Deep Wave Feather Crochet Hair was to add highlights to the Ywigs Burmese Water Curly Human Crochet Hair

It’s soft, no smell, and not a lot of shedding as well as no tangles, hopefully the quality will be the same as the first hair I ordered. With that being said the reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5 was
Because of shipping I ordered Express and it did not arrive within the timeframe, I emailed Customer service which responded 2days after then stated they will put a rush on it which did not happen as well as when I did Finally get the tracking information that’s when customer service replied and stated the hair was on the way. In addition like my first order I did 5 months ago the Shipping issue was the same. I say all of that to say, Ywigs hair is great quality that’s why I keep ordering I would recommend to improve customer service & in addition even though you do disclose it takes 3-5 business days please honor it or update customers order information.
