Q: What's the shipping time?

A: Shipping times depend on your location. For most U.S. orders, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. For Canada and most European countries, it's typically 3-7 business days. We ship most orders via FedEX for fast and reliable deliery.

Please note that shipping time doesn't include processing time. 

  • For bulk hair, processings usually takes 1-3 business days.
  • Microlinks, tape ins, wigs, etc. : 5-7 business days.
  • Colored hair: May require additional time.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Yes! We offer expedited shipping for items that are in stock at our U.S. warehouse (Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670). After placing your order, please call us at 909-977-6111 to confirm item availability and arrange the expedited shipping fee.

Our U.S. receptionist is available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST).

Currently, most natural color bulk hair are stocked there. To pay for the expedited shipping fee, please click the link [HERE] to complete your payment.

Q: Can I pick up my order locally?

A: Yes! Local pick-up is available at our Santa Fe Spring, CA location. Just place your order online and leave a note at checkout that says "Local Pick-Up". We'll contact you to confirm if your items are in stock at our U.S warehouse and schedule a pick-up time with yuo.

Q: Do you ship internationally? Is shipping free?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide! We offer free standard shipping for retail products to the U.S., Canada, the UK., and most European countries on retail orders.

Q: Do I need to pay the customs taxes?

A: Apart from orders from the United States, whether customers in other countries need to pay customs duties depends on the customs policies of their respective countries. Orders shipped out may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country; we have no control over such charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customers should be responsible for the custom duties and taxes since we have no control of it which you can also find the regulation on our website.

Q: Is the colored hair the same color as the picture?

A: While we strive to ensure that the colors depicted on our website accurately represent our products, please note that slight variations may occur due to lighting and other factors.

Q: Hair extensions and bulk hair have multiple bundles in the picture, will I receive multiple bundles?

A: No, the number of bundles shown in the picture is for illustrative purposes only and does not necessarily represent the quantity you will receive. Please select the desired quantity when making your purchase.

Q: Can I customize color for my products?

A: For common bulk hair and wigs, certain solid colors can be customized, like #1 jet black, #2, #4 etc. For custom color service, please click [Here] to choose the color you want.

Q: Can I dye or bleach my hair?

A: For human hair can be dyed or bleached, however, we usually don't suggest customer to dye or bleach since there will be a layer of hair oil on the surface of the hair after the production of the product, and form a layer of hair film after solidification, which can protect the hair and make the hair smooth. If you want to dye, you need to remove the hair film on the head first, but this operation needs a professional machine to do.

Q: Is the Length before straightening or after straightening?

A: The hair length is measured when straightened, ensuring that you receive the length you ordered when it's straightened. However, please note that its natural curl pattern causes some shrinkage, so it may appear shorter in its natural state.

Q: Will the wave and curl pattern return after straightening the hair?

A: Yes, the wave and curl pattern will likely return after straightening or curling the hair without chemical treatments. However, please note that the curl may become slightly looser than its original state. Chemical treatments may alter the hair's natural pattern and prevent it from reverting completely.

Q: How many bundles of bulk hair are needed for boho style?

A: While one bundle can offer a more subtle curl pattern, we highly recommend using 2 to 3 bundles per bohemian style for a fuller and more voluminous appearance. The gypsy braids and the bora bora braids require 3+ bundles.

Q: Why isn't my discount code working?

A: Please compare your discount code with the automatic discount that appears during checkout. Determine whether your discount is greater than the automatic discount. Only when your discount is greater than the automatic discount can it be used. This is because we support customers to use larger discounts to obtain more favorable prices.

Q: What should I do if the money was deducted from my card but I didn't receive order information?

A: If your payment was deducted but you didn't receive order information, it's possible that your bank rejected the transaction. We recommend contacting your bank to inquire about the transaction status or consider changing your payment method. Typically, any deducted funds will be automatically refunded to your account within 48 hours. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Q: How can I distinguish between human hair and synthetic hair?

A: Human hair typically burns and smells differently from synthetic hair when subjected to heat. Human hair will burn to ash and emit a foul odor, while synthetic hair will form a sticky ball and produce black smoke when burned. Additionally, human hair may have a few gray hairs and split ends, which are normal and not indicative of quality issues.

Q: I don't see the option to select cap size when buying a wig. What should I do?

A: Due to recent website upgrades, some options may not be available directly on the product page. Simply leave a note with your cap size preference during checkout, and we'll ensure your order is customized accordingly.

Q: How can I return or exchange?

A: To return or exchange, please email us some clear pics showing the hair you want to return. We will only accept unworn hair extensions in their original condition. After being comfirmation, we will get back to you the return address and exchange steps.

Q: How can I purchase wholesale products?

Q: What is "Natural color"?

A: "Natural Color" refers to the color of natural hair, and it is a very dark shade range, typically from off-black to dark brown, since natural hair color can vary. Our natural color is between #1B and #2. If you prefer a darker black, please leave a note for us to dye the hair to off-black for you. Alternatively, if you prefer dark brown, leave a note to have us dye the hair to color #2 for you.
