Not sure why this has my husband’s name. My name is Monique:). Customer service was ON POINT. I ordered another color that I was told a day later was out of stock and wasn’t going to arrive in time. I got on their what’s app chat to speak with their international team Since it was still to early in the US and sent them a photo of my backup choice and in 5 min I had confirmation that my order was being sent out priority. They even refunded me $5 for trouble. The hair is amazing! I got 6 bundles because I have thick hair and wanted smaller braids and more hair Volume. We used 5. The hair is soft, hasn’t tangled and easy to manage. Very little shed of any. I washed and conditioned them thoroughly the day before install which i recommend! Dont think twice about this hair!
