Our standard processing time for bulk hair is 1 to 3 business days. However, items like microlinks, tape-ins, wigs, and similar products may require 5 to 7 business days for processing. Additional processing time is needed for colored hair.

Q: Can shipping be expedited?

A: Certainly, expedited shipping is available. Please note, however, that this service is contingent upon the availability of your desired product at our US warehouse. Currently, most 18" - 20" natural color bulk hair (excluding double drawn) is stocked there. To proceed with expedited shipping, kindly use the provided link HERE to select this service. We recommend contacting us either before or immediately after your order placement to confirm product availability and expedited shipping feasibility.

Q: Is the colored hair the same color as the picture?

A: While we strive to ensure that the colors depicted on our website accurately represent our products, please note that slight variations may occur due to lighting and other factors.

Q: Hair extensions and bulk hair have multiple bundles in the picture, will I receive multiple bundles?

A: No, the number of bundles shown in the picture is for illustrative purposes only and does not necessarily represent the quantity you will receive. Please select the desired quantity when making your purchase.

Q: Can I dye or bleach my hair?

A: Only our Natural Color and #613 Virgin hair can be dyed or bleached. It's important to exercise caution and seek professional advice before attempting any chemical processes, as improper handling can damage the hair. We recommend consulting with a professional hairstylist to ensure the best results.

Q: Will the wave and curl pattern return after straightening the hair?

A: Yes, the wave and curl pattern will likely return after straightening or curling the hair without chemical treatments. However, please note that the curl may become slightly looser than its original state. Chemical treatments may alter the hair's natural pattern and prevent it from reverting completely.

Q: How many bundles of bulk hair are needed for boho style?

A: While one bundle can offer a more subtle curl pattern, we highly recommend using 2 to 3 bundles per bohemian style for a fuller and more voluminous appearance. The gypsy braids and the bora bora braids require 3+ bundles.

Q: Why isn't my discount code working?

Q: What should I do if the money was deducted from my card but I didn't receive order information?

Q: How can I distinguish between human hair and synthetic hair?

A: Human hair typically burns and smells differently from synthetic hair when subjected to heat. Human hair will burn to ash and emit a foul odor, while synthetic hair will form a sticky ball and produce black smoke when burned. Additionally, human hair may have a few gray hairs and split ends, which are normal and not indicative of quality issues.
