Please note that the receiving time is calculated as the order processing/handling time plus shipping transit time. Our standard processing time for bulk hair is 1 to 3 business days. However, microlinks, tape-ins, wigs, and similar items may require 5 to 7 business days for processing. Additional processing time is needed for colored hair.

Most orders are shipped directly from our factory in China via DHL Express or FedEx.

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure timely delivery, please ensure your address is accurate and includes all necessary information. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect address details provided at the time of purchase.

We offer worldwide shipping with free shipping available to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and most European countries. Shipping costs for other destinations will be displayed at checkout.

For deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses, please note that delivery may take up to 2 weeks. We recommend providing a physical address for faster delivery.

Orders with multiple items may be split for shipment.

For international shipments, the consignee/buyer is responsible for importing the goods and paying any taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price.

PROCESSING TIME GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to a processing time separate from the shipping time.
Our standard processing time for most of our bulk hair and crochet hair is 1–3 business days. 
However, microlinks, tape-ins, wigs, and similar items may require 5–7 business days for processing.
Colored hair may require additional processing time.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during periods of high demand or around major holidays. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

Please note that shipping timelines begin from the date the order is shipped, not from the date of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
United States: Most orders are delivered within 2 business days after shipping
International (common destinations): Typically 3–5 business days after shipping
Please note that processing time may apply before shipment, and delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location.

We use FedEx for most shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please ensure your email address is correct. If you don't receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us at info@ywigs.com and include your order number.

DISCLAIMER

While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that external factors such as weather conditions, traffic, or increased shipment volumes may cause delays beyond our control. We recommend placing orders well in advance, especially for time-sensitive appointments like hair appointments.

SHIPPING FEES

We offer free shipping on most retail orders and to many common destinations. A shipping fee may apply to wholesale orders or remote areas.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If your package shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, follow these steps:

Step 1
Contact the courier and provide your tracking number to report a lost parcel.

Step 2
Verify your delivery address is correct. Check with neighbors, building reception, or look in common delivery areas.

Step 3

If unresolved, contact us within 7 days and provide all three pieces of evidence (no exceptions):

· Order ID

· Courier’s investigation code

· Photo of the delivery location with the door number clearly visible (Security camera footage record if possible)

Then, based on your order shipping service: 

· Worry-Free Shipping ($4.99) orders: We’ll expedite reshipment (48h, if stock allows). Refunds depend on actual circumstances.

· Non-Worry-Free orders: We’ll follow the carrier’s 30-day investigation for further action.

Important Notes:
Claims denied for: No valid evidence; Theft of package without insurance; Inaccurate/missing address; Address change post-shipment; Refusal to accept delivery; Claim 30 days post-delivery; Change of mind after dispatch; or ≥3 claims from same address/client in 6 months.

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will proceed to ship the available items. We will then contact you regarding the out-of-stock item(s) to arrange for an exchange or issue a refund to your original form of payment.

If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 7 business days of receipt for items in new condition. Please send an email to this email address with your order number return entitled: info@ywigs.com, we will offer you the US return address. Buyer have to pay return shipping fee. Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 72 business hours once the warehouse confirm receiving your package.

For first time buyers, return shipping on us. We will cover up to $15 of return shipping costs for the return.

Return & Exchanges

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition .

1. Please contact our Customer Care Team via email: info@ywigs.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. Please attach any applicable clear pictures.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. 
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 3 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. For products without any quality issues, the return shipping costs or customs duties incurred during the return process need to be borne by the customer.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via email:info@ywigs.com. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item. Please ensure the first contact within 30 days once received. Once beyond 30 days won’t be taken into consideration. Please keep a good contact during this period.
2. Custom items and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept any product that has been worn or used, has any visible changes, has disrupted curl patterns, the hair or lace has been cut in any way, has been chemically processed or has an odor. So we encourage you thoroughly inspect and examine the product before using it.
4. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
6. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Ywigs products .

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Return Address

Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

1.This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

2.Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued refund to your original payment account minus the initial shipping charge.

3.To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Our system can not make any changes to orders once they have been placed. 4.We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellation and Change

For any order cancellation and change, we can freely help cancelling your order and changing your order details ONLY if you could contact us within 24 hours after you placing your order. And an extra charge will be necessary if you want to do some possible changes when your order is already under processing. So we will be very appreciated if you could contact info@ywigs.com for the details and the possibility at your earliest convenience if you want to do some changes. Shipped orders can not be cancelled or changed.
