GET THIS UNIT!!!!! I was skeptical at first but then I took a risk and I'm so glad I did. When I got the package, it wasn't in a box, just in the usual ywig bag and that bag was in the plastic bag used for shipping. I was a little bummed by that as I like their boxes. Anyway, got the wig out and was nervous as it looked like it wouldn't match my 4c texture. After following instructions on YouTube, I was able to style it and the texture was 4c when I was done. The hair is soft and manageable. The color matches my hair color. I went with the right part option this time and will be ordered a mode part. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS UNIT!!!!

Best purchase I’ve ever made (for the price)! I purchased the left U-Part wig. This fits my hair perfectly! So perfectly that I ordered the middle part and I’m about to order the right U-Part wig. I have type 4 hair with A at the front, B in the mid-section and C at the lower back. I’ve never heard of Ywigs but I’m so happy I found them. Hopefully Ywigs will come out with the versatile half wig soon. I’ve shampooed and dyed my unit black and hardly had any shedding…very minimal. I’ve been wearing it super consistently, washed it several times, even straighten it once(Btw it reverts back perfectly). I bought the 18" U-part (left parting) in the Brazilian Afro Kinky Curly Wig (natural color) with 180% density. I really like that it gives a natural hair look. To install, I plait my hair in braids from front to back and use the crochet method to make the wig blend naturally at the parting area. When the hair is wet the curls are more defined (I used hair products for curls) and the hair is nice and soft. When the wig air dries un-brushed, the curls remain and the hair gets big when you fluff it out. If you like the curly look, brush the hair when it is wet and if you want a big afro look, carefully brush the hair out when it is mostly dry. Note: I ended up cutting the wig to about 14" because I prefer the hair to reach mid-neck - The 18" was longer than I expected based on videos I have watched.

If sew-ins are your usual go to, U-parts allow you to skip tight braids and stress on your edges. There is no need to fuss with sewing in individual tracks. In a matter of minutes you can pop on your U-part and head out. This is perfect for women who haven’t joined the full wig or frontal club yet. You just leave out a little of your edges and some of your hair at the top to cover the tracks. Then BOOM! You can remove it daily to sleep comfortably and reinstall the next day. You are free to remove the U Part to take care of your hair and scalp, and then reinstall the wig. It’s secured with wig/clip in combs.

HOW TO WEAR:

The U-part wig can be adjusted the opening of "U" shape according to your head size. When getting the wig, don't rush to install it right away. You can put it on your head first to compare, to decide you will wear it at middle part or side part. According to the size of your head (Make sure the wig fits the back of your head), determine the opening size of "U", which means how much hair you need to leave out. After that, you can start the regular installation steps.

SHIPPING FEES

We offer free shipping on most retail orders and to many common destinations. A shipping fee may apply to wholesale orders or remote areas.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If your package shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, follow these steps:

Step 1
Contact the courier and provide your tracking number to report a lost parcel.

Step 2
Verify your delivery address is correct. Check with neighbors, building reception, or look in common delivery areas.

Step 3

If unresolved, contact us within 7 days and provide all three pieces of evidence (no exceptions):

· Order ID

· Courier’s investigation code

· Photo of the delivery location with the door number clearly visible (Security camera footage record if possible)

Then, based on your order shipping service: 

· Worry-Free Shipping ($4.99) orders: We’ll expedite reshipment (48h, if stock allows). Refunds depend on actual circumstances.

· Non-Worry-Free orders: We’ll follow the carrier’s 30-day investigation for further action.

Important Notes:
Claims denied for: No valid evidence; Theft of package without insurance; Inaccurate/missing address; Address change post-shipment; Refusal to accept delivery; Claim 30 days post-delivery; Change of mind after dispatch; or ≥3 claims from same address/client in 6 months.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will proceed to ship the available items. We will then contact you regarding the out-of-stock item(s) to arrange for an exchange or issue a refund to your original form of payment.


If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 7 business days of receipt for items in new condition. Please send an email to this email address with your order number return entitled: info@ywigs.com, we will offer you the US return address. Buyer have to pay return shipping fee. Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 72 business hours once the warehouse confirm receiving your package.

For first time buyers, return shipping on us. We will cover up to $15 of return shipping costs for the return.

Return & Exchanges

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition .

  1. Please contact our Customer Care Team via email: info@ywigs.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. Please attach any applicable clear pictures.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. 
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
  4. Most returns are processed within 3 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
  5. For products without any quality issues, the return shipping costs or customs duties incurred during the return process need to be borne by the customer.

 

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via email:info@ywigs.com. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue

 

Return Conditions

  1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item. Please ensure the first contact within 30 days once received. Once beyond 30 days won’t be taken into consideration. Please keep a good contact during this period.
  2. Custom items and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept any product that has been worn or used, has any visible changes, has disrupted curl patterns, the hair or lace has been cut in any way, has been chemically processed or has an odor. So we encourage you thoroughly inspect and examine the product before using it.
  4. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  6. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Ywigs products .

Return Address

Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

 

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

1.This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

2.Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued refund to your original payment account minus the initial shipping charge.

3.To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Order Cancellation and Change

For any order cancellation and change, we can freely help cancelling your order and changing your order details ONLY if you could contact us within 24 hours after you placing your order. And an extra charge will be necessary if you want to do some possible changes when your order is already under processing. So we will be very appreciated if you could contact info@ywigs.com for the details and the possibility at your earliest convenience if you want to do some changes. Shipped orders can not be cancelled or changed.
