We offer worldwide shipping with free shipping available to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and most European countries. Shipping costs for other destinations will be displayed at checkout.
For deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses, please note that delivery may take up to 2 weeks. We recommend providing a physical address for faster delivery.
Orders with multiple items may be split for shipment.
For international shipments, the consignee/buyer is responsible for importing the goods and paying any taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price.
PROCESSING TIME GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are subject to a processing time separate from the shipping time.
Our standard processing time for most of our bulk hair and crochet hair is 1–3 business days.
However, microlinks, tape-ins, wigs, and similar items may require 5–7 business days for processing.
Colored hair may require additional processing time.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during periods of high demand or around major holidays. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

DISCLAIMER
While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that external factors such as weather conditions, traffic, or increased shipment volumes may cause delays beyond our control. We recommend placing orders well in advance, especially for time-sensitive appointments like hair appointments.
SHIPPING FEES
We offer free shipping on most retail orders and to many common destinations. A shipping fee may apply to wholesale orders or remote areas.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If your package shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, follow these steps:
Step 1
Contact the courier and provide your tracking number to report a lost parcel.
Step 2
Verify your delivery address is correct. Check with neighbors, building reception, or look in common delivery areas.
Step 3
If unresolved, contact us within 7 days and provide all three pieces of evidence (no exceptions):
· Order ID
· Courier’s investigation code
· Photo of the delivery location with the door number clearly visible (Security camera footage record if possible)
Then, based on your order shipping service:
· Worry-Free Shipping ($4.99) orders: We’ll expedite reshipment (48h, if stock allows). Refunds depend on actual circumstances.
· Non-Worry-Free orders: We’ll follow the carrier’s 30-day investigation for further action.
Important Notes:
Claims denied for: No valid evidence; Theft of package without insurance; Inaccurate/missing address; Address change post-shipment; Refusal to accept delivery; Claim 30 days post-delivery; Change of mind after dispatch; or ≥3 claims from same address/client in 6 months.
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will proceed to ship the available items. We will then contact you regarding the out-of-stock item(s) to arrange for an exchange or issue a refund to your original form of payment.
If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 7 business days of receipt for items in new condition. Please send an email to this email address with your order number return entitled: info@ywigs.com, we will offer you the US return address. Buyer have to pay return shipping fee. Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 72 business hours once the warehouse confirm receiving your package.
For first time buyers, return shipping on us. We will cover up to $15 of return shipping costs for the return.
Return & Exchanges
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition .

Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
1.This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
2.Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued refund to your original payment account minus the initial shipping charge.
3.To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Our system can not make any changes to orders once they have been placed. For any order cancellation and change, we can freely help cancelling your order and changing your order details ONLY if you could contact us within 24 hours after you placing your order. And an extra charge will be necessary if you want to do some possible changes when your order is already under processing. Shipped orders can not be cancelled or changed.

Love the quality and , the texture. Not my first rodeo with this company. Hard to find good hair today, but YWigs always my go to for good quality hair. I’m going to order 18in next time when I do my next install. I did 12in for a sew in bob, it blends so well with my hair. Looking for some good hair Ywigs is the spot.

Not my 1st rodeo with YWigs. I love the quality of the hair, that’s why I keep coming back. Love this Yaki Straight, it really blends well with my hair and I don’t have a relaxer. But I do have Keratin Treatment on my leave out. This hair really blends well, has really good density and the texture omg impressive. If you’re looking for something that matches our texture relaxed or natural go with yaki straight. Also it holds the curl really well. Use flexy rods or sponge rollers.

I was going on vacation and needed a new look. Since I loved the crochet hair, I decided to get the sew-in version. I loved the Yaki human weft hair. My stylist even loved it and was amazed at the texture and lightness of the hair. I colored the hair and it took well. I hate that I didn’t take a picture after my stylist finished, but I will try to get a picture after getting it done again. I can’t say enough good things about this hair. I will be shopping again especially with summer coming. I have so many ideas.
Bundles are good quality and are human hair.

I swear by this hair. It matches with my natural 4b/4c hair when straightened and I have no qualms about reusing the hair because it’s durable, lasts long, and has handled me dying it jet black, crimping it, and curling it.

This hair is amazing. This is the result after the stylist put the bundles in my hair and curled it. I have 4C hair and I wanted to get a traditional sew in done, but I wanted a natural look. I needed bundles that would match my hair texture when it is straight because my hair does not look silky straight even when it is flat ironed. My stylist recommended ywigs to get the desired look that I wanted. I got the 24 24 24 24 bundles (4 total bundles) but it came in a natural brown color and I have black hair. I ended up dyeing the bundles Jet Black to match the color of my natural hair. I did the water dye method with 2 jet black box hair dye and that didn’t work, it only made the bundles a dark brown. So I just got 4 box’s of jet black hair dye from Walmart. I used one box of hair dye for each bundle, so 4 boxes of hair dye for 4 bundles. I dyed each bundle individually and that worked perfectly. I dyed the bundles and used the conditioner that comes with the hair dye. Then I shampooed and conditioned the hair right after I had already used the hair dye and the conditioner that comes with the hair dye. I let the hair dry over night and it came out great. I had very little shedding from the hair during the 1 day process of dyeing, conditioning, shampooing and conditioning again. I had the bundles put into my hair the next day and this is the result.
These bundles are everything I could have hoped for and more. Ywigs was a total pro, communicating through the entire process and making sure everything was exactly what I wanted.
This hair blended so well with my natural hair! Ive done so many styles with 3 bundles of “16 and only used 2 bundles. The hair is so full and can curl and straightens easily.
I haven't installed them yet but so far it's soft, thick, and no shedding. I washed and let the hair air dry.
