Great customer service. The first bundles that I selected did not match my hair, so I emailed customer service and I was able to exchange it. The exchange process was very easy. I got the 16 inch water wave. I love it! It is light and very versatile. It does not shed. Tangling is minimal and can easily be combed out. I would recommend ywigs both for the product and the customer service.

This hair is absolutely amazing I am so in love. I would love to get this hair in a deep Purple. And you really don’t have to do too much. The curls are beautiful. I have tried other crochet hair and this is the first one that I have found that doesn’t look old after a couple days. I’ve had this hair in for close to a month now and no major issues. The maintenance is not strenuous a little water and some curl custard or activator and you can go. I am amazed and impressed!!!!!!!!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
The hair came with no smell ,very bouncy, and full density. The hair was bouncy and kinky on the first install I did; the hair can be installed more than once. The second time around it begin to be more of a stretched out curl.

Buy it ! I purchased three packs and only needed 1 pack to achieve a Lucious full look. Love it and will be purchasing again and again. It does get extra thick and poofy after a long day in the sun, but grab ya moose , curly custard and water and you’ll be good to go.

The hair is great quality but it did come with a slight smell that I wasn't a fan of.
I love the hair. It looks really natural, just like mine. I received so many compliments. Also, Ywigs was accommodating and responsive. When I purchased the wrong size, they immediately sent me the correct size that I needed.
I love to hear I took pictures, but I couldn’t upload them and kept saying it was too big. I don’t understand.
The hair is beautiful. The bundles were full (I have a small head and low density hair, so I only used 1 out of the 3 bundles ordered). The curls are beautiful and literally only needed water to “pop”. The hair did have a slight chemical smell, but that went away with shampooing and conditioning. So far I haven’t experienced any shedding or irritation. I will order this hair again.
The hair is very cute and feels good. Haven’t used it yet, but I plan to make miracle knots with it so that it lasts longer. Once I’m done I’ll come back and give an update.
